A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Dolores has worked as a journalist, public information professional, technical writer, and cybersecurity specialist. Her professional background has instilled a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, qualities that are essential to notarial work.

Dolores has been a resident of Cibola County since 2025.
